Karen Cardoso e Lu Llanito
Karen Cardoso, born in Brazil and currently living in Santa Barbara, California, began her journey
of personal healing through yoga and meditation. Over time, she deepened her practices and, through
Bhakti Yoga, the yoga of devotion, had her first contact with the healing arts of sound. It was then that
she received a clear message: her purpose would be to work with crystalline frequencies to help
people access the inner power of the I Am.
Along her journey, Karen completed her 200-hour training in Yoga and Ayurveda and is
currently in Greece completing an additional 300 hours in Shamanic Yoga. In addition, she is a
certified practitioner of ThetaHealing, Anthological Coach, and Sound Healing Therapist. Karen is dedicated to
creating spaces for deep healing, where she uses the power of sound and frequencies to promote
inner transformation, clarity, and well-being.
Passionate about connecting deeply with people, Karen values authentic and
meaningful exchanges, providing true experiences of healing and self-discovery in her sessions.

Lucía Llanito is a holistic facilitator and project alchemist, a bridge between the ethereal and the Earth. She specializes in gridwork, the alignment of energetic networks to anchor higher frequencies in the physical realm and open portals for collective healing and expansion. With Mexican roots, she honors the path of her grandmother and blends it with new ways to hold space and accompany transformation processes.
With over eight years of experience, she works with Reiki, Heart Awakening Process, Access Bars Consciousness, quantum healing, and guided meditation to help individuals reconnect with their essence and purpose. She also applies the alchemy of projects, combining structure, energy, and inspiration to transform ideas and intentions into tangible realities. Through sessions, gatherings, and inspiring content, she supports those who wish to break free from autopilot and create the life they want to enjoy, reminding them that just as in nature, it is possible to bloom harmoniously and enjoy the processes like the seasons of the year.
